I am so sorry to just learn of Pat’s passing. We worked together in DENI in the early 1990s. She was a wonderful woman and great civil servant. We lost touch but I never forgot her beauty, kindness and intelligence. She was a joy to know and work. I send my deepest condolences to Alistair and family. Jim Livingstone
